Swiss production

In recent years we have expanded our core expertise and infrastructure around instant coffee by investing in the latest technologies and production facilities. We are motivated, happy and excited to share these latest standards with you today.

Roasting

Together we work out your individual roasting profile to meet your preferences. With our traditional drum roasters we can qualify a wide range of roasting profiles. We make sure that the cup profile unfolds according to your desire.

Extraction

The right setup of our high-pressure extraction process guarantees both the economy and quality of the fresh coffee extract. Precious volatiles are gently extracted to ensure a taste experience at freshly brewed level.

Aroma recovery

Valuable aroma is captured using state-of-the-art technology and incorporated into the end product. An additional differentiation is achieved using HACO's own technologies in coffee oil or micro-ground roasted coffee. Simply put: the taste experience of freshly roasted and brewed coffee combined with the convenience of a coffee extract.

Drying

With freeze-drying, we also give your product a unique visual quality. The two-colored, sharp-edged, and dust-free HACO granules dissolve instantly and unfold their full aroma in your cup. Of course, we also offer exciting creations in spray-dried or liquid form.
